7月15日上午，湖南省液流电池技术发展论坛暨湖南省电池行业协会液流分会成立大会在长沙矿冶研究院召开。本次大会由湖南省能源局指导，湖南省电池行业协会等单位主办。会议由湖南省电池行业协会监事长周桂南高级工程师主持，省人民政府参事、瀚德集团有限公司董事局主席钟瀚德，湖南省能源局综合处处长邓小云，湖南省政府办公厅秘书二处副处长、津市市人民政府副市长罗一波等领导出席并讲话。米格新材作为会员单位参会，公司董事长陈新华先生做主题演讲。

Professor Liu Suqin, president of the Liquid Flow Branch and Central South University, made a theme report of "Gathering Hunan's strength and Building an Advanced liquid flow battery energy storage industry Highland", introducing the market demand for long-term energy storage, the advantages and prospects of liquid flow batteries, and Hunan's liquid flow battery industry.

Director Deng Xiaoyun delivered a speech, congratulating the establishment of the branch, announcing the latest policies on the construction of new power systems, and introducing the situation of Hunan energy storage trading market. The liquid flow branch should promote the development of new energy in Hunan.

Mr. Chen Xinhua, Chairman of MIG New Materials, shared the story of the company's localization in the field of photovoltaic insulation materials. After Mr. Chen Xinhua set foot on the road of carbon materials work from Central South University, he learned about the pain points of photovoltaic customers' demand for thermal insulation materials. Through technological innovation and improvement of carbon felt production process, he helped realize the production cost reduction of photovoltaic industry, and he is confident to realize the localization of flow battery electrodes again.
