Jiangsu Mige New Material Co.,Ltd was established on March 13, 2019 and is located at No. 17 Chengzihu West Road, Sihong County Economic Development Zone, Suqian City. It is an enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of functional carbon-based materials and products, with a registered capital of 96,576,921 yuan. The company was restructured into a joint-stock limited company on November 22, 2022, and was jointly rated as a "High-Tech Enterprise" by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance, and Jiangsu Provincial Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation on December 12, 2022.


According to the Industrial Classification for National Economic Activities (GB/T4754-2017), the industry in which the company operates is "Manufacturing of Graphite and Carbon Products" (C3091) under the category of "Nonmetallic Mineral Products Industry"; And according to the "Guidance Directory for Key Products and Services in Strategic Emerging Industries (2016 Edition)", the industry in which the company operates is "3.3.1 High Performance Fibers and Composite Materials"; According to the “Classification of Strategic Emerging Industries (2018)”, the industry of the company is "3.4.5.2 “Energy Saving, Sealing, and Insulation Material Manufacturing", "3.4.5.3 New Energy Materials Manufacturing", "3.5.3.3 Carbon-Carbon Composite Materials Manufacturing", and it also belongs to "6.3.2 Solar Materials Manufacturing". As a key strategic emerging industry supported by the State, the carbon-based materials industry plays an important role in the development of the national economy. The company is industry oriented and focuses on the field of high-temperature thermal field insulation carbon materials as its development direction. It has diversified its layout in the application of carbon-based materials and gradually expanded to the downstream, with an increasingly rich and complete product structure.


The company's current leading products include adhesive based/PAN based graphite soft felt, graphite hard composite felt, flow battery electrode felt, and carbon/carbon composite materials, all of which are functional carbon based materials widely used in photovoltaic crystalline silicon manufacturing thermal fields, semiconductor thermal fields, powder metallurgy thermal fields, and other scenarios. In the field of photovoltaic thermal field insulation carbon materials, the company is one of the few enterprises in the industry with the ability to produce and manufacture the entire process from carbon fiber precursor to graphite soft felt, and has a leading market position in the industry.


The company has established good cooperative relationships with well-known downstream crystalline silicon production enterprises such as Jing Yun Tong (601908. SH), GCL Technology (3800. HK), JA Solar Technology (002459. SZ), LONGi Green Energy (601012. SH), CSI Solar (688472. SH), TCL Zhonghuan (002129. SH), Hongyuan Green Energy (603185. SH), Meike Corporation., Shuangliang Eco-Energy (600481. SH), Trina Solar (68859. SH) and other listed companies and has been recognized by customers. It has won honors such as "LONGi Green Energy A-level Supplier" and "Best Service Award of JA Solar Technology ".


At present, the main body of the company includes the parent company and six wholly-owned (controlling) subsidiaries, namely the parent company Mige New Material, and subsidiaries Suqian Haiyue, Inner Mongolia Lecheng, Hunan Tianya, Hunan Lecheng, Guizhou Yunxi, and Jiangsu Ruishi. The company has established a layout of "one parent company and six subsidiaries" bases for the production and sales of carbon based materials and products in provinces (cities) such as Jiangsu, Inner Mongolia, Hunan, and Guizhou.


Since its establishment, the company has always adhered to technology innovation, gradually forming a technology system focusing on "Equipment+Process", and has achieved fruitful research and development results. At present, the company and its subsidiaries have a total of 54 authorized patents, including 10 invention patents and 44 utility model patents. In 2021, the company's project of "Research and Industrialization of Thermal Field of New Energy Carbon based Composite Materials" won the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Top 50" of the 10th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the second prize  in the National Finals (Growth Group); In 2022, the company was awarded the titles of "Jiangsu Potential Unicorn Enterprise" and "2022 Suqian Gazelle Enterprise"; In October 2023, the company undertook the construction project of the "Jiangsu Province Functional Carbon/Carbon Composite Materials Engineering Technology Research Center"; In December 2023, the company was recognized as a "2023 Jiangsu Province Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique and New Small and Medium-sized Enterprise", and its technology center was recognized as a "Jiangsu Province Provincial Enterprise Technology Center"


As the Company's Phase I capacity utilization saturated,, the company purchased 160 mu of land in Sihong County, Jiangsu Province and Baotou, Inner Mongolia respectively in 2022 to build the phase II production bases, in order to further enhance production capacity and safisfy the needs of customers, and achieve sustainable development of the company.


From 2023 to 2028, while consolidating its market position and competitive advantages in photovoltaic thermal field insulation carbon materials, the company will continue to explore and excavate the application scenarios of functional carbon based materials. Through capacity enhancement planning, business expansion planning, talents cultivation and introduction planning, guided by customer demand, the company will further enrich its product structure, expand its market share in different fields, enhance market competitiveness and risk resistance, and strive to become a world-class manufacturer of functional carbon based materials.
