Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the preparation of specific plans for equipment management system, process and system construction.

2. Promote equipment upgrade and equipment interconnection projects, predictive maintenance and other cutting-edge equipment management concepts implementation plan planning and guidance.

3. Responsible for tracking and analyzing the completion of group equipment related indicators.

4. Responsible for the formulation of equipment maintenance team capability improvement plan and the establishment of team capability evaluation mechanism.

5. Participate in equipment management level improvement, talent team construction and other work.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, mechanical major is preferred.

2. Age: No more than 40 years old.

3. Work experience: more than 5 years of equipment, technical transformation of special work, more than 3 years of equipment management experience. Experience in equipment management and technical transformation project is preferred.

4. Knowledge and professional skills: familiar with the whole life cycle management method of equipment, master the development of equipment maintenance plan and equipment emergency maintenance plan.
